An online 8-week course designed to help you move forward after relationship breakdown.
Through a blend of gentle movement, mindfulness, breathwork & self-reflection, you’ll learn practical tools to calm the body, steady the mind & rebuild confidence.
Each week focuses on creating safety, understanding emotions & reconnecting with your sense of purpose & strength.
You’ll be supported in a small, nurturing group, surrounded by women who understand what you’re going through.
