Supporting women, children and teen girls to build safety, resilience and healthier relationships
Trauma-informed, evidence-based programmes
— reaching people before crisis, and alongside it.
Grounded in evidence
Neuroscience, trauma-informed practice and current evidence underpin the way we design and deliver our work.
Reaching the gaps in support
Early intervention and practical support for people whose needs may not meet statutory or clinical thresholds.
Informed by practice & lived experience
Developed by experienced practitioners, combining specialist professional expertise with meaningful lived experience.
We work in community, school and professional settings, delivering accessible, trauma-informed programmes, projects and training for women, children, teen girls and the professionals who support them. Our aim is to reduce harm, strengthen resilience and support recovery before, during and after relationship breakdown or domestic abuse.
Founded by two practitioners with lived experience and specialist professional expertise, our work draws on current neuroscience, trauma-informed approaches and evidence-informed practice.
Our programmes combine movement, mindfulness, creativity and practical tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience and relational safety. Alongside our direct work, we provide training for professionals and organisations, translating these approaches into practical knowledge and tools they can use in their own settings.
We focus particularly on prevention and early intervention — reaching people who may fall below thresholds for statutory or clinical provision, while building the knowledge, skills and capacity of the professionals and communities around them.

Our approach
Our work moves beyond advice or talking alone. We combine trauma-informed education, body-based approaches and practical tools to help people understand what is happening within them and develop skills they can use in everyday life.
Across our programmes and training, we explore the relationship between the nervous system, emotions, behaviour and relationships — supporting greater self-awareness, regulation, choice, communication and relational safety.
Choice, consent and collaboration sit at the heart of our work, helping people rebuild autonomy and trust in themselves while giving professionals practical ways to support those they work with.

Testimonials
"The thing that I'll take away so much is the practice of SHIFT, that acronym. I already feel I’m doing that in all aspects of my life. Not just in my breakup but to do with my kids, my work, everything. I feel like I think about that a lot, so that's really stuck with me.”
