We are thrilled to announce that The National Lottery Community Fund has awarded SHIFTwithin CIC ÂŁ20,000 to support the delivery of our Connect with Respect programme in Thanet.
This project will empower girls aged 11–18 to develop confidence, improve wellbeing and build healthy relationship skills through movement, creativity, and mindful education.

Who we are
We are two mums with lived experience of separation, divorce & coparenting alongside combined professional training in yoga therapy, child & adolescent mental health yoga therapy, understanding domestic abuse, safeguarding, divorce coaching & working with female survivors of sexual violence.
We are experienced, skilled & sensitive trainers/facilitators. We have extensive programme development experience delivering trauma-informed programmes on both ending violence against women as well as health & wellbeing -in educational, workplace & community settings.
Our programme development is aligned with PSHE, NSPCC and safeguarding standards.
