Children & Families

Gentle, practical support for children, teens & families navigating big feelings & changes

Family life can feel wobbly during big changes. We work with children & families finding their way through anxiety, confusion, sensory overload, or everyday overwhelm helping them reconnect, regulate & grow stronger together.

Who we support…

Children (5–11)

Worry, confusion, sleep difficulties & strong emotions are natural & to be expected during big family changes. Our sessions provide gentle ways to move, breathe & feel safe in the body again

Teens (11–18)

Self-blame, anger & feeling torn between parents & social pressures can make family changes during adolescence even more challenging. Through mindful movement & simple choice, they learn to trust their inner strength & develop tools to navigate change & relationships confidently.

Families

Bouncing between practical decisions & managing emotions can be exhausting. We help families come together to strengthen connection & reintroduce calm, grounding routines that make daily life feel steadier.

How we support…

We combine gentle movement, mindfulness & creativity to help children build self‑awareness, emotional regulation & confidence. Sessions are trauma‑informed, developmentally appropriate & always choice‑based.

Our approach integrates:

  • Movement to release tension & restore balance.

  • Breathwork to steady the nervous system & nurture focus.

  • Mindfulness to help children notice what they feel & need.

  • Creative play to build confidence & joy through expression.

In-school wellbeing support through family change

Family change like separation, divorce, bereavement and illness affect so many children.

We’ve created an in-school programme that meets children exactly where they are. Through gentle movement, breathing, mindfulness and creative activities, children learn tools they can use anytime, anywhere to support themselves through transitions.

Our pilot showed meaningful impact: 75% of children were calmer or happier after the sessions.

What children learn:
Breathing & movement techniques for emotional regulation.
How to understand what their body is telling them.
Creative ways to process big feelings.
That they're not alone in what they're going through.

Delivered via a train-the-school model. We work with your school staff to deliver the programme in small groups, building capacity and expertise within your team. This ensures sustainable, trauma-informed wellbeing support tailored to your school community.
